Description

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic full-time Detailer to join our team at both MWNS Decatur and Madison Locations! As a Detailer, you will take on multiple tasks from being the primary person in charge of executing the work, verifying that the customer expectations are met, and, most importantly, ensuring that the customer gets the value and customer service they want.

Requirements

• 21 Years of Age or Older

• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD - Please state if you do not have one

• Valid Driver's License

• Able to Commute to Decatur, AL for work

• No Felonies - Please state if you have one

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end service environment.

• Knowledge on detailing different types of vehicles.

• Understanding of our different detail packages.

• Ability to read instructions for dilution and concentration of soaps.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

• Professional demeanor with a positive and friendly attitude

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively

• Ability to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies

Responsibilities

• Greet and Assist Clients: Welcome clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist with inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.

• Provide Information: Educate clients about our services, promotions, and special offers, enhancing their overall experience.

• Consistent, Quality Work: Be able to give clients consistent and quality work in a reasonable time.

• Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

• Perform Transactions: Collect payment for customers purchasing items from the showroom

• Restock/ Order Detail Supplies

• Restock/ Organize shelves as detail materials get used.
